When can I expect to receive my Nood package—are there currently processing or shipping delays?

Where does Nood ship?

Nood currently ships to the 50 states. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.

We are working on bringing Nood everywhere around the globe! 

When will my order ship?

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, and then we ship.

Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 3 business days (and orders placed after 1pm ET are processed the next business day). Then one of our carrier partners picks up your package from our warehouse (i.e. USPS, FedEx, UPS). You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!

How long will it take to ship to Alaska, Hawaii?

You might experience a few extra days in shipping timelines. Shipping to these states will take about 14-21 business days.

I'm having problems with the tracking.

Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via We can give you the inside info.

When should I reach out to Extend about an issue with my delivery?

If your package is damaged, submit a service request as soon as it is delivered.

If your package is lost or stolen, submit a service request 5 days after your estimated delivery date (typically found on the shipping carrier’s tracking site). For packages shipped outside the U.S., please wait 20 days after your estimated delivery date.

How do I submit a service request with Extend?

Simply contact Extend online or by phone at (877) 248-7707. If your request is approved, Extend will replace your product on behalf of nood. You will receive a store credit or gift card for the value of the product plus shipping costs and taxes so you can order a replacement product quickly. In some cases, the replacement product will be shipped directly to you by nood.
